KATIE Price allegedly risked a second restraining order breach by sending a letter to Kieran Hayler’s fiancé branding her a “w***e”.
The former model, 43, was charged with harassment yesterday over a message to Michelle Penticost describing her as a “gutter s**g”.
She is accused of ignoring a court order issued in 2019 preventing her from contacting Michelle.
It has since emerged that Katie allegedly flouted the order a second time when she sent an anonymous letter to Michelle’s relatives before she flew to Thailand.
The reality star referred to the mom as “W***e” in the anonymous note, it is said.
The envelope is understood to have been leaked – meaning it could be sent for a DNA test to see who wrote it.
Katie spent 12 hours in custody after being arrested at her Mucky Mansion on January 21.
Sources told The Sun the text branded Michelle, who has a son with Kieran, as a “c***ing w***e piece of s***” and “gutter s**g”.
She is due to appear in Crawley Magistrates’ Court on April 12.
The mother of five faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison if convicted.
She is already serving a 16-week suspended sentence for drunk driving after overturning her BMW in a horrific crash in September.
A person can be recalled to prison for the duration of their suspended sentence if they violate the terms of their license.
Typically, when sentencing, a court will focus on the new offense committed and consider the original sentence as an aggravating factor.
If so, Katie could be jailed for five years, with the 16 weeks running at the same time as, or possibly in addition to, the main sentence.
Katie was slapped with the five-year sentence in 2019 after calling Michelle a “f***ing c***” during a tirade outside the school gates.
You are forbidden to contact Michelle “directly or indirectly”.
Katie called the court drama “exaggerated nonsense” at the time and didn’t regret it because she “didn’t do anything that bad”.
However, she pleaded guilty to using threatening and abusive words or conduct likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Horsham Magistrates Court.
The indictment is the latest twist in the troubled star’s turbulent life.
It comes after she made a final trench payment to the courts over unpaid fines that had been piling up from 2019.
She was due to appear in court for not coughing but settled the bill just hours before she was arrested for sending the abusive messages.
The Sun revealed Katie’s family urged her to seek help at the priory in the weeks leading up to her arrest.
A friend said those close to the former glamor model are concerned about her behavior, which they claim has become increasingly unpredictable.
A pal said: “Katie has been having a rough time and it seems her behavior has gotten a bit erratic in the last few weeks.
“She has hit back on social media and even yelled at her ex Peter Andre’s wife, Emily MacDonagh, claiming she stopped her daughter from visiting her in rehab.
“Her family wanted her to come back to the priory for a while to get past her demons like she used to do so well when she was there.
“But that’s not something Katie wanted to do. You know how lucky she was that she didn’t go to jail for the alcohol burglary, but now she’s facing jail again.
“It is a very worrying time. Her family is in despair. They want to do whatever they can to help and protect Katie.
“But this time, if she’s found guilty, she really hasn’t helped herself and the situation looks grim.”
