Kansas beats Miami to reach the Final Four

Kansas defeated Miami 76-50 in Sunday’s Elite Eight to win the March Madness 2022 Midwest Region and advance to the Final Four.

The win gives Kansas its 16th ticket to the Final Four in school history, allowing the Jayhawks to keep dancing and remaining as the only remaining No. 1 in the tournament. Kansas plays Villanova in New Orleans next Saturday.

Miami led 35-29 at halftime, but Kansas beat Miami 47-15 in the second half to earn the comeback victory.

Three Kansas players — Ochai Agbaji, Christian Braun, and David McCormack — all posted double-digit results. The Hurricanes’ Kameron McGusty led his team with 18 points.
