A JUDGE has ruled a thug who hit three ER workers will not pay damages due to the cost of living crisis.

The court heard that the 28-year-old had beaten caregiver Vicky Harvey, emergency room nurse Satheesh John and security guard Mohammad Nabi.

Excitedly, he walked over to Mrs Harvey, who was sitting at a desk, and, without warning, slapped her across the face three times.

Broad then attacked Mr Nabi and Mr John by punching, kicking and biting them.

Mr. Nabi’s glasses were also damaged in the fight.

The violent incident was recorded on CCTV and lasted up to 30 minutes even as he was pinned to the ground.
