Joe Biden is being mocked after he “shook the air” in the final gaffe after the speech in which he claimed he was a “full professor”.

PRESIDENT Joe Biden left many confused as he turned to shake someone’s hand despite no one else on stage with him.

The 79-year-old had finished a speech on the country’s supply chain crisis on Thursday when the slip occurred, leading to an awkward few seconds.

In a now-viral clip of the speech in Greensboro, North Carolina, the president ended with, “God bless you all,” before turning right and pointing at the empty space behind him.

Biden then extends his hand and mimics a handshake. It could be possible that he wasn’t aware that he was alone on the podium.

He then begins to look around the stage after realizing that there is music playing in the background.

Texas Senator ted cruz51, shared a clip of the speech on twitter, Set the eye emoji as a caption.

Others took the opportunity to question the President mental condition.

“Where are the Biden family and White House handlers whose job it is to make him look good?” wrote former vice chairmen of the California Republican Party Harmeet K. Dhillon.

“It really is a buzzard, unless you WANT it to look like someone with dementia.

Robbie Starbuck, who is running for Congress in Tennessee’s Republican elementary school, called Biden “unfit to be president. Period.”

Biden was in Greensboro to visit North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University to pressure Congress to approve it Non-partisan innovation law to increase financing of domestic production of semiconductors.

“What people don’t know is that 70 percent of the increase in inflation was the result of Putin’s price hike,” the president said of the Russian leader.

In another odd twist, Biden claimed he was formerly a “tent professor” at the University of Pennsylvania.

“I’ve been to a lot of universities, for four years I was a full professor at the University of Pennsylvania.”

The president had a vague role in the institution, earning almost a million dollars. He was appointed Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor in 2017, the first person to hold the role.

Biden did not teach regular classes, so he made several public appearances on campus to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

BIRD HOE INCIDENT

The incident comes days later The president was spat on by a bird during a speech on infrastructure in Iowa Tuesday.

“It’s about being made in America,” Biden was filmed saying in the moments before defecating.

Biden discussed infrastructure and inflation during a visit to POET Bioprocessing.

While he didn’t seem to notice the spatter on his jacket, plenty of people did – including the bird responsible for the mess.

“Even the birds know this guy is full of it [poop emoji]’ one user tweeted.

“Bird One: “Biden always talks cops***. Bird 2: “BRB…must take a fast bird***,” tweeted another.

“Biden wasn’t the only one spraying poop today,” commented another Twitter user.

“Even The Birds are pissed now. What’s next?” chipped in another.

There was no shortage of jokes and trolling after the incident, even the bird responsible chimed in.

“Sorry about the poop,” @PoopBiden tweeted.

Biden landed in Des Moines earlier in the day before his speech, where EPA Administrator Michael S. Regan was also scheduled to appear.

The President addressed the rise in fuel prices that Americans are experiencing across the country,

“The Environmental Protection Agency plans to issue an emergency waiver to allow E15 gasoline — gasoline that uses more ethanol from native plants — to be sold in the U.S. this summer to increase fuel supply and lower prices,” the statement said a tweet read by the POTUS account.
