Jerry Seinfeld’s Kith campaign is sparking memes and jokes

Move over Kramer, Jerry is now the model.

Jerry Seinfeld has made it his mission to prove he still has some ’90s swag at the age of 68 by modeling streetwear like it’s nothing.

No, Seinfeld wasn’t posing for Calvin Klein, he was posing for chic urban brand Kith — though his shoot was conspicuously missing a baggy shirt and a pair of cowboy boots.

Instead the comedian wore a Mets hat with a varsity jacket and slimming blue jeans – a pair unsuitable for Kramer – between floral button-downs, a tracksuit and a colorful fleece jacket that seems more suited to millennials and Gen Z.

And people on the internet — of all generations — roar in shock and pride when they see that, all these years later, Seinfeld is still master of his domain.

“To the people who say Jerry Seinfeld is too old for the kith vibes, my guy is 68 and better looking than you.” @iamSAmazing tweeted.

“Jerome Seinfeld out here is killing those kith ads” wrote @ruckfules22.

It didn’t take long for fans to bring Jason Alexander’s George Costanza into the discussion. A commentator of popular meme account @Seinfeld2000 compared Jerry’s college aesthetic to Georgie’s in the park.

“Who wore it best?” tweeted @BenevolentSpung.

That wasn’t the only call to bring Costanza – once an iconic hand model until a tragic accident ended his career – into Kith.

The site bought the brand’s logo over its infamous Gore-Tex winter jacket, which was featured in the episode “The Dinner Party.”

Just as younger people did with his iconic sitcom Seinfeld, many are now hailing the comedian’s stylish breakthrough — some with jokes of their own.

Other “Seinfeld” diehards – much like Kenny Bania, the show’s pesky comedian – couldn’t pass up the chance to ride Seinfeld’s coattails with their own quips.

“Seinfeld looks like he has a hard opinion of Drake.” posted @hausofdecline.

Smart fans like @NycAnarchy also superimposed on Seinfeld’s swollen shirt from the title episode.

Some felt that Seinfeld certainly had a ’90s look.

“You dressed up Jerry Seinfeld as a Beastie Boy?” wrote @lionel_trolling.

There are those who believe that Seinfeld’s ensemble looks like it belongs in Estelle and Frank Costanza’s living room.

“Jerry Seinfeld carries someone’s nonna’s couch” @JosieJosie35 tweeted.

Laughter aside, the feeling remains: ordinary people are jealous of Jerry’s charisma.

“Why am I jealous of Jerry Seinfeld’s drip???” wrote @KreamsY.
