JANE Seymour showed off her sensational figure at 71 in a black sports bra and leggings.
The actress, who played solitaire in the 1973 Bond film Live And Let Die, shared a video of herself at the gym using a Gyrotonic machine as part of her Pilates routine.
The British star showed off her toned abs, slim waist and athletic legs while showing fans her new fitness routine.
Alongside the clip, she wrote: “Back to the gym after all my travels! 😅 Train @Gyrotonic with @jeenymiller, work on abs and rotation in my hips/spine while doing weights for my arms. 💪🏻 Work hard!
“Plus I can’t rave enough about my new favorite workout outfit from @vuoriclothing! It feels like a second skin, so comfortable. 😁
“What do you like to do to break a sweat? 🏋🏼♀️”
The star showed off her flexibility by lifting and twisting her legs and working with weights on her torso.
She wore minimal makeup and tied her stunning tresses into a low ponytail.
Jane’s fans have been blown away by her slim build and timeless beauty.
One wrote: “Wow, soooooo sporty 😍.”
Another wrote: “You look stunning! Incredible figure.❤️”
A third shared: “Oh my gosh!!! You look great!!! 🔥🖤”
The mother-of-four has been taking Pilates classes for 30 years and has previously spoken about how she works on her core with isometric exercises to maintain her form.
“With isometrics, you isolate and activate your abdominal muscles to strengthen them. It’s given me really strong abs, and I look longer and leaner than before,” she previously told Lifetime.
“I take a hot shower before I train. I go on the treadmill for 10 minutes to a half hour, and I also do light weights very carefully,” she added.
Last year, Jane revealed her four marriages had failed after all four husbands left her for other women.
Jane revealed her previous marriages to People: “I’ve been married to men who had other problems and I never ended the marriages — they did it by finding other people!”
The former dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman star advised anyone going through marriage and breaking up, “The sooner you can accept it, the better for you and for others.
“And then when you look at yourself and look around to see what other people are suffering or being challenged, you realize that what you have is minimal compared to other people’s challenges.”
The actress continued, “And so I was really raised for myself to see what I could do for others because that would give me purpose. If I had a purpose, I could deal with it.” I had to deal with it.”
