Back in July 2020, Lanez née Daystar Peterson released a snippet of a song expressing his desire to have sex with Pinkett Smith. In the ditty, he vowed never to “betray” the married movie star over her infidelity like Alsina had done.
Based on the dodgy text, Alsina assumed Lanez “didn’t like” him, according to his Instagram post.

Alsina further claimed Lanez took a hit of “cocaine”-laced cannabis before slapping him in the face, running behind an armed guard and fleeing the scene.

Alsina officials did not immediately respond to the Post’s request for comment.
However, Lanez denied any involvement in the incident. “I don’t know what everyone’s talking about… But I was in the studio,” he said via Instagram.
“I’m not into anything negative,” Lanez continued, underscoring his alleged innocence with halo emojis. “I’ve worked on myself and become a better person.”
Lanez spokespeople were also unavailable to provide comment for The Post.
