“We made it clear that we shouldn’t do our scenes together until we got to the set.”

Setting boundaries between work and intimacy is important for a couple. Hill shared that she and McGraw interact as characters whenever they are on set, not as husband and wife.

They filmed a scene where Hill slapped her husband. McGraw joke that the scene represented Hill’s “25 years of pent-up aggression,” but joking aside, he’s proud to work with his wife.

Just as McGraw is proud of his beautiful wife, he is also proud that they raised three beautiful girls – Gracie, 24, Maggie Elizabeth, 23, and Audrey Caroline 20.

McGraw had spent many years as the only man in the house, but he liked it that way. In a recent interview, the proud dad said that living with a woman is a Great experiences for him.

The lauded singer grew up surrounded by women. He explained how his wife and daughters made him see things differently and taught him to be a better man.

After earning a master’s degree in sustainability from Stanford University, Maggie moved out of state. Audrey, who graduated from high school last year, left her hometown to pursue a career in acting and modeling.

As their three daughters began pursuing each hobby outside of their home, McGraw and Hill created their own little world away from the limelight.

The longtime couple owns a 20-acre private island in the Bahamas called “L’île d’Anges”, which means Angel Island. It is an island farmhouse with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors.

Surrounded by a lush garden and palm trees, this beautiful property features elegant décor and tropical themes. It also has a swimming pool overlooking the pristine beaches and neighboring islets.

The couple, who bought the island privately in 2003, revealed that they had difficulty building their home. mountains admit in a 2017 interview that they didn’t know they needed to create a “small town”.

To make their dream home come true, McGraw says they need to build employee housing, install electricity and water, and hire someone to look after the place.

Fortunately, they sought help from McAlpine, an architectural and interior design firm that previously worked on their stunning homes in Nashville and Franklin, Tennessee.

The iconic couple only stayed on the island for many years, but they never settled there for long as their careers required them to travel to different places. McGraw speak:

“As long as our families stay together, we can build a nest anywhere.”

The giant house was for sale in February 2021 on the Mansion Global website for $35 million. Edward de Mallet Morgan, the sales agent, said the current owners have developed the place from scratch.

The website lists the island residence as a family home ready to move in. The main house has a large room that includes a dining, living and relaxing area with music and a sun terrace.

Outside, it has colorful foliage and a central grassy courtyard. The Caribbean island has a private pier and two “yachts” that serve as a beach guesthouse.

The northern end of the island also has secondary residences, three staff homes and storage. With the recent list, McGraw and Hill and their representatives did not comment on it.
