Even on a cool one $30,000 per month, this triplex brownstone rental isn’t the priciest on Manhattan’s clayey Upper West Side — though it is up there. But with pink walls, pink curtains, and even a pink quartz kitchen countertop, it’s certainly the most colorful in the neighborhood.

At 251 W. 76th St. comes a property with all these colorful features and more — and it’s now looking for a deep-pocketed renter to call it home.

Designed by Keith Baltimore, a peek through the listing images also reveals pink fireplaces, pink baseboards, pink bedding, and pink light fixtures. The drive: To avoid the sterile white that’s common in modern homes.

“The owner wanted more character and fantasy,” said Triplemint Listing Agent Shane Boyle, who represents the rental alongside Aaron Seawood. “The pink is bold, conveying lightness and warmth at the same time and allows guests and all occupants of the room to experience life through rose-colored glasses.”
