A best-selling author’s Atlanta home is now looking for a new owner to lead the property into its next chapter.

Emily Giffinwhose 2004 “Something borrowed‘, made into a 2011 film starring Kate Hudson and John Krasinski, has listed her home in the city’s affluent Buckhead neighborhood for $8.99 million, his realtor firm told The Post.

Giffin and her husband, Hartley Blaha, bought the home for $4.92 million in 2011, around the time of the film’s release, according to The Wall Street Journal first reported news this listing. Its current asking price makes it one of the most expensive homes for sale in Atlanta, the Journal added.
