LEONARDO DiCaprio is living on the big in a $9.9 million Beverly Hills mansion that has six bathrooms, a large pool, cozy fire pit, etc.
The house is the latest addition to the already large actors real estate portfolio, including a home in Malibu, California; another in Los Feliz; a house in Palm Springs; apartments in New York and a private island in Belize.
TMZ reports that Leo, 47, bought the house around the same time he sold one of his Malibu mansions.
The house sold for a whopping $10.3 million. He bought it for $1.6 million in 1998.
Leo’s new bachelor is a 5,000 square meter house.
It has all the amenities he could want, and is secured behind high walls and gates to ensure the actor’s privacy.
While it’s possible that Leo doesn’t plan to live in the house but wants to use it as an investment property, the home is ready to move in.
It is updated in every area and the yard is well maintained.
Photos of the house show mostly white walls with black details throughout the house.
The entrance features a large curved staircase with plenty of room for both decoration and storage.
The home is proud and open concept with a kitchen overlooking the dining and living spaces.
The kitchen is complete with a large island in the center made of white and black marble.
The master bedroom has plenty of space for a bed of any size, as well as other furniture.
This place has enough light and there is no shortage of storage for clothes and personal items.
There are several indoor seating areas in case there are guests.
The outside is as beautiful as the inside and very spacious as well.
Just outside the front door of the house is a large swimming pool with terrace and seating area.
The house also has a cozy fire pit area with plenty of room for guests to gather just outside the pool area.
The yard, like the rest of the house, is sprawling.
It has landscaped as well as wide open spaces for outdoor activities.
It seems that having a pool house offers more space to live and relax.
Dirt.com reported that Lion bought another home in Malibu in September.
He bought the 3,268-square-foot, four-bedroom and five-bathroom home for $13.8 million.
The house was built in 2005 and covers an area of 0.33 acres.
It’s an oceanfront property with houses on either side.
At the same time, Leo sold his Malibu mansion located atop Carbon Beach.
