Many have pointed out that staff loss at Harris appears to be a trend as the Harris team remains at high turnover.

“It has been the honor of my life to serve in this administration and to work for the vice president and the president on behalf of the American people,” Fuchs wrote in an email to colleagues released by Fox News.

“Fifteen months later, it’s almost difficult to recall the magnitude of the challenges we faced when we came in, from an unprecedented pandemic to historically difficult economic circumstances. And it is thanks to the work of this administration – and all of you – that our country has been so successful in addressing these challenges and turning things around.”

Fuchs will remain with the team through May while the Harris team searches for a new vice chief of staff.

He will help train and transition the new employee prior to their full departure.

“The Vice President is grateful for Michael’s tireless work, leadership and the many miles he has traveled both domestically and internationally as we have built families and strengthened relationships with allies abroad. Our entire team will miss Michael as he begins this next chapter,” Harris shares with director Jamal Simmons Fox News.

Fuchs’ departure follows the departure of Harris’ assistant press secretary, chief spokesman, public relations officer, speechwriter and national security adviser.

Rumors on social media were fueled by these departures as rumors circulated that Harris’ office was a toxic workplace with lots of infighting, leading to high turnover among employees.

The label as “Tyrant” began for Harris’ team after someone who reportedly worked for the vice president claimed she “constantly inflicted soul-crushing criticism” on her staff.

“It is clear that you are not working with someone willing to do the prep and do the work,” a former colleague told the Washington Post.

“With Kamala, you have to endure constant soul-crushing criticism, as well as her own lack of self-confidence.”

“So you keep supporting a bully and it’s not really clear why.”

Other Harris employees were quick to come to her defense, stating that Harris was a great boss and that no one had ever felt bullied around her.

press secretary Jens Psakiwho also recently announced she will be leaving the White House this spring, has denied reports of bullying within the vice president’s team and even recent criticism of Harris himself.

She also slammed claims that an aide to Harris was ordered to post by senior officials about how much he loves his job, given the recent scrutiny.

“I’m not aware of any requests for a positive tweet or a specific tweet,” she said after a post by aide David Gins in defense of his boss.

“I would refer you to the vice president’s office, but I work with a number of people in the vice president’s office who are certainly looking forward to continuing their work,” Psaki said.

In the tweet, Gins, who identified himself as Deputy Director of Operations, tweeted:

“Hi. My name is David Gins. I work for Vice President Harris on behalf of the American people as Deputy Director of Operations and I absolutely love my job. Just thought some of you should know,” the official wrote.

The New York Times reporters Jonathan Martin and Alex Burns are writing a book entitled This Will Not Pass: Trump, Biden, and the Battle for America’s Future, in which they are said to discuss some of the tensions in the Biden/Harris – Talk to administration.

Leaked excerpts relate to a feud between Harris and President Joe Biden over a Vogue magazine cover in which Harris was unhappy with her outfit in the photos used.

According to reports Biden urged Harris to let it go, saying their issues were “first world issues.”

Harris also allegedly sent her chief of staff to berate Biden’s staff for not showing her enough respect, since Harris’ office had complained about Biden’s all-white inner circle.
