AN Onlyfans model and self-described plastic surgery addict nearly died on the operating table during a procedure to enlarge her vagina and make it the “world’s fattest”.

Mary Magdalene, 25, who has had dozens of cosmetic procedures over the past four years, told The Sun that despite her terrifying fear of death, she still intends to get more work done on her nether regions.

“Cosmetic surgery is my extreme sport…a hobby,” Mary said. “A lot of people have fallen into their hobby [but] I think as long as I don’t hurt anyone and it makes me happy, there’s nothing wrong with it.

“People put themselves at risk when hiking in the mountains because they love their support,” the social media star continued.

“I’m okay with taking some risks and going into plastic surgery because it’s one of my hobbies and I’m very passionate about it.”

During the almost unfortunate processwhich she underwent in 2020, Mary says she lost so much blood that she had to have two blood transfusions.

She later also suffered an allergic reaction to the new blood she received from one of the transfusions.

However, Mary is determined to “never stop having surgery” as long as it makes her happy and plans to have another vaginal enhancement in the coming months, in addition to a “toe reduction.”

“It’s my passion and a hobby,” Mary noted of her love of cosmetic surgery.

“If someone doesn’t like it, tell them not to look at me.”

‘I WILL NEVER STOP’

in one previous job interview With The Sun, Mary revealed how she’s spent a whopping $300,000 on surgeries to transform into a living inflatable doll since 2018.

The 25-year-old, who boasts enormous 38J breasts, said she’s lost count of the number of surgeries she’s had in the past four years.

Her first procedure was a “botched breast surgery” performed by a dentist in Mexico when she was 21, she said.

Since then, Mary says she’s had countless lip and cheek fillers, numerous liposuctions, three Brazilian butt lifts, five breast surgeries, five rounds of buttock injections, and two vaginal surgeries, among other things.

Earlier this month she had also swapped out all of her composite veneers for a set of extra-large dental crowns made her unable to speak or eat right.

Mary says her goal is to achieve a “blow-up doll” look, and claims that the more plastic surgery she has, the more confident she becomes.

“I will never stop having surgery as long as it makes me happy,” she said. “There is no end point. It’s an eternal thing.

“Surgery has to be maintained forever and I like to change my appearance.”

‘UGLY THING’

While Mary is proud of her striking looks, she admits that her extreme looks draw a lot of negative attention from critics, both online and in person.

She says she’s often been told she looks like a “monster” or someone “possessed by an evil spirit.”

She also claims to regularly receive death threats from trolls urging her to either kill herself or warn her that they will harm her.

“It’s very ugly stuff,” said Mary.

But she claims she isn’t bothered by the hateful comments because she believes such comments say more about you person who says it when they do it to her.

“I’m very confident about my looks, but also about who I am,” she said.

“Being judged so harshly by the world has made me kinder and more empathetic, if anything…Looking different makes it easier to see the ugly in the world, which in a way is a good thing.”

“LIFE CHANGING” PROCEDURES

Mary credits plastic surgery with helping her change her life, allowing her to quit stripping and “cut off all her sugar daddies” to earn her own money.

“My fans pay a maximum amount for my extreme plastic surgery look, there is no one like me in the world,” she said.

“I’m literally unique, so that was the best benefit of it — although there were many.”
