I wanted a spider tattoo but the artist made a big mistake and now people are saying it looks like I have a penis on my skin

A REDDIT user got more than they bargained for when they tattooed a spider only to get one with nine legs.
User 60f**kinshooters posted a photo of the botched tattoo on the WellThatSucks subreddit and received over a thousand upvotes.
“Tattoo artist gave my spider 9 legs :(” wrote the user. The photo showed the little spider on a tattoo of a rose.
However, other users shared their own thoughts on the piece, sparking debate in the comments section.
“No, no, that’s an antenna,” wrote one user. “Spiders always have an antenna, like a car.
Meanwhile, others believed the “leg” might have been something else.
“It’s a young spider,” said one user who received over 200 upvotes. In the same thread, another user referenced a scene from The Simpsons: “And What a young!”
Another user joked, “That’s…er…not a leg…This spider is just well endowed.”
Among all the jokes, some users wondered what was causing the error: “Didn’t you check it before he inked it? I think you can just call that unique. I doubt many will notice, tbh.”
The original poster explains that they actually previewed and even approved the tattoo. They later explained that the long leg in front was meant to be a fang.
“I know how it happened in that he didn’t say anything about it and I noticed it myself lol,” they wrote.
“I don’t mind it, but as a conservationist, it saddens me that it’s wrong.”
However, one user responded to the poster and said that without the long leg in front, the spider would look like a wood tick.
“You probably best got a 9-legged spider.”
In response, the poster wrote: “I’m so upset. Because you’re right.”
