A GRAN who reviews sex toys for a living has revealed that her partner can’t stand her job – but her elderly father is always asking for trade tricks.
Edwina Caito, 56, spends “99%” of her time in the bedroom and can have up to six orgasms in a “good test day”.
But despite reviewing the latest toys for both boys and girls, her partner – who did not wish to be named – refused to join her in the work.
“My partner died from it,” Edwina told The Sun Online.
“He was raised in a very humble household and sex is something that is kept in the bedroom between a man and a woman.
“He’s the complete opposite but he respects what I do – because I’ve been doing it for so long, I love it and I’m good at it.”
The sexually savvy girl from Indiana, USA, was sent the product in the post to personally test it out before giving feedback on BedBible.com and YouTube.
She begins by testing each product that is “worn” before trying them on herself.
And even though her partner wasn’t involved, the rest of her family always wanted to learn more.
“I had my dad come and say what do you have in your collection?” Edwina said.
“He’s a widow and he’s not into the dating scene because he’s almost 80.
“I have no problem, I’ll fix it for you right away – I put everything in a bag, tie it up and say if you want to know how to use it, go to YouTube, I have a video. ”
Edwina will spend “a happy hour” playing with each new product she receives, before testing it properly.
Then, when she was “in the mood”, she would “get into the bath or turn off the lights before bed and write down what I learned the next day”.
“First and foremost is the overall quality and construction of the toy,” she explains.
“Then we look at the function – how much speed does it have, just vibrations or does it have pulses?”
Proof will then come in the pudding.
“It depends on the toy,” says Edwina. Myself, maybe on a good day four, five or six. ”
The mother-of-three has always been open about sex toys with her children and has even gotten help from them when experimenting in the past.
And she thinks more parents should talk openly about masturbation with their children.
“My daughters had vibrators before they lost their virginity,” she said.
“Both of them grew up thinking sex toys, masturbation and that sort of thing was completely normal.
“Some parents might disagree with that but I’ve been telling my girls to learn to take care of themselves first and then you’ll be able to pass that on to your partner.”
Edwina adds: “It’s important to be open with your kids about these things, and once you know your own body and what excites you, that’s something you can share with others. your life partner.”
