While the comparison to her mother may have been a source of pain, Ireland Baldwin made it clear that her mother was her biggest supporter. “My mom has never gone a day without telling me how much she believes in me,” she wrote, admitting she had “MANY benefits” growing up.
Kim Basinger rose to fame as an actress in the 1980s after starting her career as a model. Her career appeared to peak in the mid-1990s. She won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for her in 1997 LA confidential. Basinger appeared in the fifty shades of gray film franchise in recent years.

For her part, Kim Basinger seems to have put her feud with Alec Baldwin in the past. The relationship between the ex-spouses and their adult daughter seems patched.
Alec Baldwin’s current wife, Hilaria Baldwin, spoke about how this relationship plays out in their blended home. “I think my relationship with her was so successful because I never tried to fill in as her mommy. She has a good mother who I have a lot of respect for,” Baldwin wrote in 2019 Instagram Post Office. “I put myself in Kim’s shoes: If my kids ever had a stepmom, I would want her to let me be number one.”
