HOUSTON, Texas — A Houston-area estate fit for a queen or a billionaire is being marketed for $60 million, making it the most expensive residential real estate offering in Texas.
The main house of the castle-inspired lodge in Hunters Creek, adjacent to Buffalo Bayou and the Houston Country Club, covers a whopping 22,000 square feet. The nine-acre property is in Houston’s richest zip code.
The listing went live last year, but without an asking price. Recently, Dallas-based Icon Global announced the list price of $60 million.
