Holly Willoughby signs bumper deal to stay at This Morning for another two years

HOLLY Willoughby has signed a bumper deal to stay at This Morning for another two years.
In news that will thrill fans across the country, the 40-year-old star will continue the company with us until at least 2023.
Earlier this year, we revealed that our favorite TV is gets into a bitter dispute with her former agents – you can see her leave This morning.
She left YMU in 2020, and was appalled by the company’s claim that it was entitled to a percentage of her future earnings on “sunset terms”.
On the matter of “principle”, sources told us at the time that Holly “would rather leave the show than have YMU take such a high percentage of her income”, with Holly earning around £700,000 a year from This Morning alone.
However, they appear to have been able to come to an arrangement, and the daytime show star’s future is “safe”.
An insider told Mirror: “It seems like everyone wants that gig but Holly is very much guaranteed for the next two years with a long-term contract.”
The mother of three joined ITV hit back in 2009, replacing Fern Britton as By Phillip Schofield co-host.
Discussing Holly’s YMU dispute, a source told us in May: “It’s not about the money, it’s the principle of the matter. There’s never been any question of commissions on top of that. contracts they have signed.
“This is about what happens now they are unrelated and they try to handcuff her for years to come. That is not true. Holly left YMU to take control of her own future.
“She loves This Morning, and doesn’t want to leave. But she has no choice but to discuss options.”
Holly has now founded her own company, Roxy Management, with other prominent YMU clients including Ant and Dec, and Phillip Schofield.
