Soon we’ll have an answer when the developers unveil the next WoW expansion in a special live stream April 19, 2022.

Where is WoW headed after Shadowlands?
WoW fans should prepare for a lot of dragons in the next expansion.
It has been almost officially confirmed by leaks and speculation that the next WoW expansion will be called “Dragonflight”. As the name suggests, it will be heavily focused on dragons and dragonkin.
Details like the plot, quests, dungeons and other changes remain unknown. But we should get a good idea when the reveal takes place on April 19th.

Blizzard will unveil the next WoW expansion at 9:00am PST/4:00pm GMT April 19, 2022 to showcase everything that’s coming to the game with its new chapter.
