‘Havana Syndrome’ is NOT the result of a hostile force

A CIA REPORT has found that the mysterious symptoms known as Havana Syndrome were not the result of a global campaign against the Americans by a hostile force.
The agency could not rule out foreign involvement in about two dozen cases, many of which stemmed from the US Embassy in Havana around 2016.
Many other cases are still considered unsolved and the CIA declined to comment.
The sources said it was unfounded to believe that symptoms of widespread brain injury were caused by Russia or other foreign powers targeting Americans for harm.
