Harry Potter’s Daniel Radcliffe has been spotted smoking a suspicious-looking cigarette

DANIEL Radcliffe watched unrecognizable as he showed up in New York City for coffee while smoking a rolled-up cigarette.

The Harry Potter star, 32, cut a casual figure in a graphic print tee, matching zipped hoodie and black shorts.

The unshaven actor completed the look with a blue baseball cap while carrying the “suspect” cigarette.

Daniel put on his face mask to order the tray of coffee to go and carried it all the way back.

Regardless of the contents of Daniel’s cigarette, it is not illegal to smoke on the streets of New York.

Cannabis is legal in New York for adults over the age of 21, but is banned wherever tobacco smoking is prohibited.

Outdoor smoking is only prohibited in certain contexts, including; Outside train stations, on hospital campuses or within 15 feet of their entrances, within 100 meters of school entrances and in playgrounds during the day when anyone under the age of 12 is present.

Daniel’s coffee run comes after he made a rare appearance with longtime girlfriend Erin Darke at the premiere of The Lost City.

The 10-year-old couple walked the red carpet of their film in New York, in which he stars alongside Sandra Bullock.

Dan recently shocked fans at first sight of him in the full “Weird Al” Yankovic costume, including a big curly wig, mustache and wildly printed shirt.

WEIRD: The Al Yankovic Story premieres on Roku.

The Harry Potter star was spotted on the set of the upcoming biopic last month.

As reported by People, Roku announced that Daniel was cast as Al in January.

In the same release, Roku detailed the film and Al said he was “absolutely thrilled” that the British actor would be playing him in the film.

“I have no doubt that this is the role that future generations will remember him for,” the comic said of the casting decision.

Al has been making parodies of popular songs since he was young.

He has re-issued songs from prolific artists including Michael Jackson, The Offspring and more.

The musician is the best-selling comedy artist of all time.

He’s also a five-time Grammy winner.
