If you are a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, you’ll be able to get rewards unique to Halo Infinite, starting with a 2XP boost.

Halo Infinite, the biggest first-party Xbox game in years, is due out next week, and Microsoft has announced that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will get an extra bonus for playing its multiplayer. .

The multiplayer beta is already available as a free download, but starting with the game’s launch date on December 8, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will receive free extras every month, including Includes combat boosts, cosmetics, and additional challenges.

The first pack will include the AR MA40 ‘Overcome Stress’ weapon skin, four challenge swaps, and a power-up that will allow players to earn double their usual exp.

That represents a significant advantage, especially since the game has been criticized for its slow progress and incentivizing more spending on microtransactions.

Developer 343 Industries has acknowledged the claims and established new system that makes the process go faster, while acknowledging that more change still needs to be done.

While multiplayer has generally been widely praised, Halo Infinite’s monetization system is being viewed with growing skepticism, with lots of time limits requiring you to purchase battle cards and some DLCs are very expensive.

These new perks are, of course, an incentive to sign up for Game Pass Ultimate, with a Blog Xbox Wire clarify that the rewards are available through the Perks library in the Xbox app or console.
