The “Iron Man” actress’ company had an outstanding tax bill, according to the filing, which she has incorporated into the company of other working-class companies like Manjares Mexico Restaurant Corp. in Queens (#218) and Pelham Bay Home Center, which were respectively above and below the 219th Goop.

Shameful sales tax scofflaws appear to be working for the ministry given how Goop paid its outstanding balance with the state.
