The “Iron Man” actress’ company had an outstanding tax bill, according to the filing, which she has incorporated into the company of other working-class companies like Manjares Mexico Restaurant Corp. in Queens (#218) and Pelham Bay Home Center, which were respectively above and below the 219th Goop.

‘Shakespeare in Love’ star Paltrow, who is reportedly worth around $200 million, and her company were officially told they would soon begin paying outstanding sales taxes or risk having assets confiscated, after the State Treasury Official has officially issued a “warrant”. Shameful sales tax scofflaws appear to be working for the ministry given how Goop paid its outstanding balance with the state.

“We have looked at this and can confirm that the account is current and has no outstanding debt,” spokeswoman Noora Raj Brown said in a statement.
