Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith Rowe has revealed that he has learned a lot from training sessions with former Gunners midfielders Santi Cazorla and Mesut Ozil.

“I think that’s what people will try and say, but it’s not,” he said.

“Sometimes the first team players will come down and take some sessions, which is fine at the time.

“Look at them too and it’s obvious that I have his number now[10]Mesut Ozil, everyone knows how good he is, you know, and me [then] Obviously watching him train and do the things he did and yes just to get the chance to play at the same time was crazy at the time.

“There were a few players who definitely helped me at that time.

“The intensity is very high. Obviously the players there, Santi Cazorla, Mesut [Ozil] also there.

“There were so many crazy players at the time. To be honest it was a bit bizarre. I couldn’t believe I was actually in training.[s] but it is definitely difficult. “
