Google makes it easier to spot price drops in Chrome

With the holiday shopping season of 2021 in full swing, Google is adding a few features to Chrome to help you find last-minute deals. In the US, the Android version of the browser now includes an updated tabbed interface that makes it easier to see the price of something when switching between open web pages. The company suggests that this feature will help you spot price drops without constantly refreshing the page. That’s handy.

The next time you use Chrome on your iPhone or Android device, you’ll also notice a new Google Lens icon added to the search bar. You can use it to perform visual searches. Tap the icon and point your phone’s camera at something. The company suggests that integrating Lens into Chrome mobile devices could be useful when you’re shopping out of the window.

As previously announced, Lens will also be available on Mac and Windows versions of Chrome. Once it’s available, you’ll have the option to right click on the image, tap “Search images with Google Lens” and draw a border around something to see if you can find more information about it. what’s in front of me or not.

Finally, if you’re someone who tends to drop out of their purchases, you’ll see a new “Cart” tab when you open the tab. It will show you all the sites where you have an open cart.
