Epstein’s chief pilot Larry Visoski told the court: “[Epstein] has a wide range of personal assistants, almost like professional shoppers, as there are so many items that need to be purchased for all the properties being purchased. “

He calls Ms Kellen, now 42, the person he talks to most about arranging flights.

Ms. Kellen has previously been described as Maxwell’s “lieutenant” in Epstein’s abusive ring.

She was accused in legal filings by lawyers of “bringing girls to Epstein’s mansion to be abused”.

A 2008 settlement between Epstein with US authorities, after he pleaded guilty to soliciting child prostitution, showed him reaching an agreement to protect his alleged non-accused accomplice.

Ms Kellen is believed to be among four people to be immune in the future.

The trial continued.
