FIFA 22 calendar: all FUT promos, start dates, event leaks and more

FIFA 22 is in the midst of its life cycle and players are still being treated to promos, events and a range of special cards. We’ve compiled the confirmed and expected dates for all of Ultimate Team’s biggest spectacles, from Ones to Watch and Team of the Year to Team of the Season, Future Stars and more.

One thing is for sure with FIFA: there is always a different promo.

EA SPORTS has ramped up their events schedule heavily over the past few FIFA cycles, releasing special maps and promo packs basically every two weeks.

The tide of upgraded Stars and FUT Cards to collect has peaked in FIFA 21, and FIFA 22 has lived up to expectations and then some.

From Team of the Year and FUTMAS to Summer Heat, FUT Birthday and more, here’s all of Ultimate Team’s iconic promos in FIFA 22.

The FIFA 22 Ultimate Team promos will be dense and fast as they have been for the past few years.

Which FUT promo is next in FIFA 22?

According to FUT Sheriff leaks, the next promo in FIFA 22 will be “FUT Captains”, a brand new event not featured in previous titles.

Additionally, Dexerto suspects that EA SPORTS might have some other new special cards up their sleeves since many of the staples were gone.

Of course, we can still expect Team of the Season to take up a large chunk of the calendar as national campaigns draw to a close.

EA SPORTS has replaced the popular “Scream” teams with new Rulebreaker cards in FIFA 22.

EA SPORTS is yet to confirm an accurate list of all Ultimate Team promos coming this cycle, but FIFA publishers usually stick to a fairly standardized schedule.

Iconic FUT events such as Team of the Year, Road to the Final, Headliners, FUTMAS (now referred to as “Winter Wildcards”), Future Stars and more will arrive in FIFA 22 at around the same time as usual, packed with stunning special cards.
