Everton vs Boreham Wood LIVE: Stream Free, TV Channel, Scores and Teams

Good evening from Goodison Park

Welcome to SunSport’s live coverage of today’s FA Cup fifth round match in which Premier League Everton host National League Boreham Wood in the first-ever meeting between the two sides.

Frank Lampard’s men are big favorites tonight after a convincing 4-1 win over Brentford in the fourth round after needing extra time to defeat Hull in the third round.

However, Boreham Wood manager Luke Garrard is hoping for another upset after beating Championship Bournemouth 1-0 in the fourth round. The club have also swept aside AFC Wimbledon, beating local rivals St Albans 4-0 en route to Goodison Park.

Everton enter the game after a controversial 1-0 defeat by current Premier League leaders Manchester City. A hard-fought handball in the box looked like a surefire penalty for Everton, but referee Paul Tierney dismissed any claims. The Toffees are currently just one spot outside of the relegation zone.

Boreham Wood, the promotion contenders, are coming off a 1-0 league win over Eastleigh, the same side they defeated in the FA Cup first round earlier in the season. The National League team currently sits in 4th placeth place, with three games in hand over third-placed Wrexham, who they play next week.

The game is set for 20:15 in Merseyside and we will bring you confirmation from both teams shortly as we prepare for kick-off. Everton vs Boreham Wood LIVE: Stream Free, TV Channel, Scores and Teams
