EminemAlaina Marie Scott’s daughter is getting ready to enter the next chapter of her life. On Monday (December 13), the 28-year-old girl announced her engagement to her longtime boyfriend Matt Moeller on Instagram.
“This moment. this life. there are a hundred times more. I LOVE YOU,” Scott captioned post, which features a photo of a rooftop proposal and a moment of her showing off her emerald engagement ring.

Scott and Moeller got engaged after seven years of dating. The couple celebrated their seven-year anniversary in July, Scott talked about this on Instagram. “Even though my love for you has somehow grown over the past 7 years, one thing remains the same – you are my favorite person. You are my best friend, best fur dad and best partner. Thank you for loving me as hard as you are. Happy anniversary, ILY “her” note a photo of them on their special day.
Scott’s mother, Dawn Scott, is the twin sister of Kim Scott, Eminem’s ex-wife. Eminem adopt Alaina – as well as her sister, Stevie – as Dawn struggles with drug addiction. Dawn died from a suspected heroin overdose in 2016.
Eminem also raps about his relationship with Alaina in Encore monitor “Mockingbird, ”Reached at number 10 on Billboard’s Hot Rap Song chart: “Lainie, are you crazy? / Yeah, but he loves me and you should know it / We’re all we have in this world.”
The rapper also shared details about his relationship with Alaina in a 2004 interview with Rolling Stone. “I have full custody of my niece and joint custody [my daughter] Hailie,” Eminem said at the time. “I have always been there for Hailie, and my niece has been a part of my life since she was born. Me and Kim had her so much, she would live with us wherever we were. “
