FORT MYERS, Fla. After a year-long investigation, a woman has been arrested in connection with a Fort Myers crash that left one man dead.
Michelle Ochran, 51, was arrested Wednesday and is facing charges of leaving the scene of a death-related traffic accident.

On January 23, 2021, Fort Myers police say Paul Hanson, 74, was killed on his way home from work after a driver, later identified as Ochran, hit him on Fowler Street and sped off.
The vehicle involved in the crash was found by officers about a week after the collision thanks to advice from Crime Stoppers.
Ochran is being held on a $250,000 bond.
