Players can fully customize keyboard and mouse controller bindings in Cult of the Lamb on PC. Following player feedback, mouse support was added to the game at launch on August 11th. However, the default control layout uses keyboard input, meaning some players may want to reconfigure the prompts to a preferred layout that includes the mouse. The standard PC control layout is:

  • Move forward – Direction button up
  • Go to the left – Left directional button
  • Move to the right – Right directional button
  • going back – Back direction button
  • attack – C
  • dodge roll – Change
  • release curse – e.g
  • To interact – X
  • meditate – e.g
  • Back to the cult – Q
  • track quest – T
  • Break – Esc
  • view menu – table
  • Accept – X
  • Cancel – Q
  • Cook – C

Gamers using gamepads on PC are not so lucky. Currently, gamepad controller configuration is limited to three different controller layouts. Gamepad controller bindings cannot be remapped beyond these configurations and cannot be customized to suit a player’s preferences. This also applies to players on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. The good news is that developer Massive Monster has promised that gamepad layouts will come to PC in a later update.
