Corpse Husband is asking fans to stop tagging him in this viral TikTok

YouTuber and music artist Corpse Husband is tired of being tagged in a certain viral TikTok just because he has a deep voice.

Corpse Husband’s raspy, bassy voice is a big part of his image as a faceless internet superstar.

The YouTuber started out as a horror storyteller before exploding into online fame in late 2020 with the Among Us boom.

He’s since scored musical collaborations with Machine Gun Kelly and even landed a starring role in Funimation’s Tribe Nine anime, where he voices the show’s main villain.

It’s safe to say that his deep voice is a major draw for both of these endeavors; his anime character Ojiro sounds like a real villain thanks to Corpse’s vocals, which give the rap verses in his music a really unique feel.

However, it seems that this particular trait is a key reason for him being tagged in a particular viral TikTok, which features a woman’s cat giving a seriously deep meow.

Of course, the cat’s meow appears edited – but the effect is funny enough that users have tagged Corpse Husband in droves, drawing a comparison between the cat’s deep voice and Corpse’s own deep singing.

However, it looks like Corpse is tired of being tagged in the same TikTok over and over again, as he posted a video response to the situation on April 10.

“Hi, I still don’t know how to use this app,” he began. “I’ve seen this video a million times. I get tagged in it a million times a year. I saw the cat with the deep meow. I saw the dog with the deep bark. I saw the whole animal kingdom with deep voices at this point. stop tagging me!”

This post follows another major development for the Tribe Nine anime, with fellow streamers Sykkuno, Valkyrae, and others also playing roles in the show alongside Corpse Husband (although their characters’ voices aren’t as villainous as Corpse’s – at least) . , not enough to get tagged in a TikTok about a cat with a deep meow).
