One SAVVY saver has revealed how she got a huge pack of Greggs cakes including biscuits and a vegan sausage roll for just £2.95 – and other shoppers can too.

One frugal shopper used the Too Good to Go app to buy £8.70 worth of Greggs treats for just £2.95.

The app allows shoppers to buy leftovers from stores where they’ll end up buying leftovers at the lowest price anyway.

Stephanie Barton, 29, from Leicestershire, used it to pack herself up with delicious treats from cookies to sandwiches from the bakery chain with a hefty savings.

She uploaded her track Radical and Bargain Lawyers in the UK On Facebook.

Stephanie packed two biscuits, a waffle, a vegan sausage roll, a sausage, cheese and melted bean and a chicken and bacon sandwich for just £2.95 .

It usually costs her £8.70 in total – meaning she’s saved £5.75.

She told The Sun: “I am extremely happy with the ride and I love the fact that there are stickers on them. [the products] to say what it is and it says all the ingredients.

“For £2.95, you can’t go wrong.”

Her post was liked and commented on by hundreds of Greggs fans.

One shopper said: “I love Too Good To Go.”

While another said: “Always impressed with Greggs bags – good value and lots of it!”
