Chelsea ‘confident from Kounde deal’, Blues in transfer talks with Antony, Rudiger most recently

Good morning Chelsea fans

Parties bidding for Chelsea have been invited to Stamford Bridge for a final round of talks.

The Telegraph claims representatives from the remaining three bids will be in London this week for a final roll of the dice.

Chelsea and Raine, who are in charge of sales, will listen to each of the final £2.5billion proposals as they pick a winner.

LA Dodgers owner Todd Boehly, Boston Celtics boss Stephen Pagliuca and British businessman Sir Martin Broughton lead the three remaining groups to replace Roman Abramovich.

Chelsea legend John Terry was stunned by the club’s decision to let defender Antonio Rudiger go.

Reacting to the news, the former blues captain said: “How did we let that man go,” along with three covering emojis.

Chelsea star Jorginho blames VAR for his horrendous penalty miss against West Ham.

The 29-year-old midfielder shook his lines off the point in the 86th minute after Craig Dawson was sent off for a foul on Romelu Lukaku.

Jorginho said: “That kind of pressure, especially in games like this when you have to win and it’s last minute and you try to isolate your mind from all that pressure even though it’s difficult.

“And then you have the VAR, so it takes longer, it’s harder to keep focus.

“What you have to do and what I’m trying to do is try to isolate my mind from all this pressure and unfortunately it didn’t work this time.

“When you have that little moment of doubt, you usually make the mistake. Maybe I’ve had too much time to think about it, I don’t know.

“It happened this time and I’m sorry. I feel bad because it’s not a nice feeling.”
