Galloway was fatally shot during a traffic stop at 9100 Beechnut in southwest Houston on January 23.

Galloway was shot multiple times and died at the scene in what investigators called an ambush attack.
Rosales was arrested last week at a hotel in Ciudad de Acuña, Mexico. During a press conference, officials revealed that he was a 25-year fugitive from Harris County. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in 1995, but has been paroled and wanted since.
