HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) – Friends, family and members of the community will gather Tuesday morning to pay their last respects to Harris County Pct. 5 Corporal Charles Galloway.

Service takes place at 10 a.m. at West Baptist Church Facility 2 off Katy Highway near the Conservatory. The ceremony is open to the public.

Galloway was shot multiple times and died at the scene in what investigators called an ambush attack.

Rosales was arrested last week at a hotel in Ciudad de Acuña, Mexico. During a press conference, officials revealed that he was a 25-year fugitive from Harris County. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in 1995, but has been paroled and wanted since.
