Sam Hawkins, 34, was last seen walking down the A515 towards the Peak District after making his freedom attempt from HMP Sudbury in Derbyshire last month.
He shared his plans to marry Danielle Foster a day earlier in a post on Facebook after his release from prison.
Since then, police forces around the country have warned the public not to get close to the “dangerous criminal” as they desperately try to find him.
Yesterday, Miss Foster temporarily changed her Facebook profile picture to a photo of herself pouting as Hawkins casually nibbled a slice of toast next to her.
Follow Online email, Hawkins is tagged with four blue love hearts.
“It’s crazy,” a source told the publication.
“Danielle has four children and was only with him while he was in prison. She never looked like him outside so this photo must be recent.
“So far the only images she’s shared of him are those from prison calls.”
On 5 July last year, Ms Foster changed her relationship status to show she was with Hawkins, who had been sentenced to nine years and four months behind bars a year earlier.
Hawkins was part of a powerful seven-man gang in south London who were jailed for a total of nearly 50 years in June 2019.
They specialize in attacking shops and breaking ATMs as well as residential burglaries.
Their crime spree lasted from September 2017 until their arrest in December 2018.
Hawkins and fellow thief McKay were caught by cameras at HMP Sudbury as they escaped at 10:15 a.m. on October 10.
They are said to have two backpacks with them along with another bag and a towel.
The pair were later seen walking towards the town of Ashbourne in the Peak District.
Hawkins is described as being of average build, about 5ft 7ins tall with brown hair and brown eyes.
His escape prompted a massive manhunt to arrest him and appear to trigger further escapes from the ‘low-security’ prison.
Just two days after Hawkins escaped, arsonist Adam Curtling, 35, escaped from prison.
And earlier this month, violent drug trafficker Robert Shannon Smith, 28, never returned after being issued a temporary license.
HMP Sudbury, which holds 581 inmates, is a Class D prison, which means it has minimal security because offenders have been assessed for risk and are trusted not to escape.
There is no suggestion that Miss Foster is involved in any criminal activity.
The Sun Online has contacted Derbyshire Police for comment.
