The 40-year-old singer has been engaged to longtime love Sam Asghari since September, but fans believe their relationship may be over.

The split speculation began with two posts Britney shared Tuesday — one with an adorable video of her new pup Sawyer and one with a lengthy letter detailing why she loves her pet so much.

In the clip, she showed her dog on a bright pink couch that she got just for him.

She cooed at him as he made a few small squeaks in response.

The letter she was carrying for him, meanwhile, was shared via three photos in a post.

Britney began writing, “Thank you for dogs! Dog spelled backwards is god… not sure if there is a correlation but I think dogs are extraordinary animals.

“…I have several small animals and my baby [dog] is so sweet. I’ve never heard them bark!

“My dogs are incredibly valuable… I grew up around really big dogs!”

However, what caused followers to question the pop star’s relationship status came at the very end of the message.

Britney admitted, “Sawyer made me feel more loved in 9 seconds than any man I’ve ever been with…no bulls**t, no words.”

“Purely brilliant protection for one thing…HE LOVES ME!”

The mother-of-two added: “The kind of love that doesn’t require power, sex, lust or money!

“Really unconditionally I’ll fuck you if you mess with my kind of love.”

After reading how much love and protection she felt from her new dog, fans worried that she didn’t feel the same way about her fiancé, Sam.

Some wondered if this meant the two – who have been together since 2016 – could have ended their engagement.

In the clip, a pregnant woman lay on her side while her unborn child moved wildly in her belly.

“Mom…get me out of here!” The hitmaker joked in the caption, before crediting the original creator: “lirios9595.”

Fans were stunned by the post as they rushed to the comments section to speculate about a third child for Britney.

“Are you pregnant?” one asked, while a second wrote, “Have you anything to tell us?”

“GIRL, thought you were pregnant!” a third gushed, while another confessed, “I think she subtly hinted that it was her.”
