Britney Spears is pregnant and expecting baby number three

Britney Spears is going to be a mother again.

The pop icon, who famously told a Los Angeles judge that she was forced to use birth control during her “abusive” conservatorship, made the announcement on Instagram Monday.

“I took a pregnancy test… and uhhhhh… I’m having a baby,” wrote Spears, 40.

The ‘Toxic’ crooner – who already shares two children with Kevin Federline – has told her legions of fans that she originally thought she had gained weight from eating but found out after taking the pregnancy test that she was expecting.

Amid Spears’ conservatorship fight last summer, she claimed her father forced her to put in an IUD and she wasn’t allowed to get pregnant.

“I want the real deal. I want to be able to get married and have a baby. I was just told under conservatory that I can’t get married or have a baby,” Spear said during the explosive court hearing as she asked a judge to end the legal agreement.

The Spears Conservatory was later disbanded in November.

The megastar has been engaged to Sam Asghari since September but the couple have been together for over five years.

In her Instagram post on Monday, she referred to him as her “husband,” sparking rumors that the two had secretly tied the knot.

“I lost so much weight to go on my Maui trip only to gain it back 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️…I was like, ‘Gosh…what happened to my stomach? ??’ My husband said, ‘No, you’re pregnant stupid food,'” she wrote.

She noted she suffered from perinatal depression during her first pregnancies and plans to do yoga every day to stay healthy for baby number three.
