Billie Eilish recalled the time she met the royal family at the ‘No Time To Die’ premiere – and revealed it was actually an awkward moment.

Speaking on NovaFM’s Australian radio show Fitzy & Wippa, the 20-year-old singer admitted she spent some time prior to the premiere studying royal protocol and proper etiquette for addressing the royal family — including curtseys, no Shake hands, don’t ask questions, and don’t speak unless spoken to.

“I was so worried,” Eilish admitted.

But when she was in the presence of then-Prince Charles, Camilla, Prince William and Kate Middleton, she suddenly forgot everything she had worked so hard to learn.

“They all came in and said, ‘What’s going on? How are you? How are you?’ And I was like, ‘Oh my God,'” she recalled.

The “Villain” singer was surprised to see how “normal” the royals were.

“They were just so nice and charming,” she said.

The “Happier Than Ever” singer shared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last year that she was actually given a full list of protocols to follow.
