Bethenny Frankel sells loft, officially bids farewell to NYC

One of New York’s biggest figures is leaving town.

Bethenny Frankel has finally found a buyer for her Manhattan loftcan report the post.

An offer was made and a contract signed on February 12 – but the sale is pending.

Well, the powerhouse entrepreneur, Philanthropist and Queen of the Real Housewives of New York City. closes a very big chapter in her life – namely New York City.

“Their homes will be in the Hamptons and Connecticut,” Jill Fritzo, who represents Frankel, told The Post.

Though she’s still just a drive away from the Big Apple, this will mark the first time the former reality star and creator of low-calorie liquor will not be based in the city.

Frankel, who first listed the Soho pad for $6.95 million last April, had to pull it off the market five months later after failing to find a buyer.

The house came back on the market in early December at the same price. The loft’s final selling price has yet to be determined, but the prospect is expected to snag a better deal at Frankel.

While she won’t walk away with the full asking price, she’s still poised to turn a hefty profit.

Frankel, 51, acquired the 4,000-square-foot property in 2017 for $4.2 million.

Features described as a “completely redesigned full floor designer loft” include a key lock elevator that opens to the foyer and leads to an open plan kitchen and great room.

The great room features 11-foot ceilings and oversized windows, the listing states. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a central island with a book-perfect waterfall marble countertop that seats six.

The formal living room has a stone clad bar. Other features include a home office, laundry room and an oversized master suite with a sitting area, beauty room and walk-in closet.

Building amenities include a newly installed video intercom, full-time super service and a rooftop terrace.

The move to relist her block in New York City comes a day after a judge ruled her no longer had to pay child support to ex Jason Hoppy on December 8th.

An insider told the Post that Frankel doesn’t own a home in Boston, where she Fiance Paul Bernon lives but visits him there. In the meantime, she’s renovated and perfected her Connecticut estate.

“She will be living in Connecticut and when it’s summer or the weather gets hot, she’s going to go to the Hamptons,” the source said. “I’m sure she’ll be back in New York City.
