Josh Brolin has revealed he once turned down the lead role Jurassic world.
That Avengers: Infinity War Star was apparently offered the role of Owen Grady, which eventually went to Chris Pratt.
Speaking of Josh Horowitz Happy sad confused Podcast Brolin said he turned down the role because he couldn’t picture himself as Owen.
“With all due respect to Steven [Spielberg, who executive produced the film]I couldn’t imagine it,” he said. “I couldn’t imagine being that guy.
“And I’m very, very happy based on my decision what Chris is doing with it because I think Chris is the right one.”
Brolin and Pratt appeared side by side in Infinite War and the sequel in 2019, Avengers: Endgame.
Pratt reprized the role of Owen in 2018 Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdomand will appear again next year Jurassic World: Dominion.
domination also brings back a trio of leads from the original Jurassic Park: Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum.
Brolin is far from the only famous actor who has turned down a lucrative role.
