At least 10 people were injured in a mass shooting at an Arkansas auto show

According to police and reports, an apparent mass shooting at an Arkansas auto show Saturday night killed one person and wounded gunfire at least 10 people – including a child.

The shooting was reported to authorities around 7:25 p.m. outside a local store where the show was being held in Dumas, state police said in a statement provided to the Post.

The victims were taken to local hospitals in McGehee and Dumas, and one child to Arkansas Children’s Hospital. At least two victims were flown from the Desha County Office of Emergency Management parking lot said KARK.

The conditions of the victims were not immediately known.

Police have not yet released any information about possible suspects or details of how the shooting unfolded.

An ASP official told the Post the department doesn’t expect to release any more information until later Sunday morning

Dumas is a small town of about 3,900 people located about 90 miles southeast of Little Rock, Arkansas.
