Apex Legends Pro Shiv is frustrated that Kraber is still ruining high-level matches

Apex Legends Pro Shivam ‘ShivFPS’ Patel has called on Respawn to once again remove the Kraber from competitive play.

Of all the weapons in Apex Legends, there’s only one that can eliminate an enemy with full health and shields in a single bullet, and that’s the Kraber.

While the Heavy-Duty Care Package Sniper features in countless community highlight reel games, it is also hated by many players who consider the weapon unfair and broken.

Capable of one-shot hitting an enemy at range with no counterplay, players and professionals alike have been calling for the weapon to be removed from competitive play.

No one has been louder on this issue than Apex Legends Pro ShivFPS, and he has once again urged the developers to fix the Kraber issue in Comp.

The Kraber is the only weapon in Apex Legends that can hit an enemy with full health and shields in one shot.

ShivFPS wants Kraber removed from the competition

The Kraber has long been a polarizing weapon within the community, and despite calls for nerfs, Respawn has made it clear that damage changes are not an option, as they would ruin the weapon’s apex.

Despite this, a developer confirmed in March 2022 that ideas and changes were being considered, but they did not include nerfing or removing the weapon from certain modes.

Unfortunately, this Kraber situation update hasn’t satisfied everyone, as ShivFPS again asks Respawn to “remove it from the damn comp”.

His demand was triggered on stream after being hit with a shot by the sniper in the final circle, effectively making it impossible to fight back and win the match.

When it comes to competitive Kraber, the main problem lies in the lack of counterplay and the fact that a player can be knocked out instantly without knowing what happened.

It’s hard to say how respawn will solve the problem without reducing the damage or removing it from ranked and pro matches unless they decide to change the spawn rate.

Anyhow, as the developers reveal that they are working on changes, we can only hope that a fix will be implemented by Season 13, which is scheduled to begin in early May. Apex Legends Pro Shiv is frustrated that Kraber is still ruining high-level matches
