PETE Wicks will have matching tattoos with a 74-year-old antiques expert in a shocking moment on the Celebrity Antiques Road Trip this evening.
Viewers will see the old tattered TOWIE the star added a “Margie” tattoo to her collection in homage to Margie, the former fashion model who has been a staple of the series since 2012.
And in a surprising move, Margie also committed to getting her first tattoo – aged 74 – to mark her unlikely new friendship with Pete.
Viewers will see her come out of the tattoo parlor with a prominent ‘P’ on her arm.
Reminiscing about their experience on the road, Pete told Margie: “I don’t think you really realize how much I love you.
“We are now together for life and this is to celebrate how wonderful the days I have had with you.”
Later on in the show, after the results were revealed, Sam offered Pete a suggestion: “Now that we’ve done the Antique Celebrity Road Trip, we should really go for one. The journey is just you and me.
“We should rent a car, a tent – I don’t think we need two – a couple of sleeping bags, and we’ll go across the country.”
But Pete clearly doesn’t think Sam would be a fun ride-hailing companion like Margie, bluntly answering: “No, not at all.”
The latest Celebrity Antiques Road Trip series features stars like Danny Dyer, Jerry Hall and Rachel Riley.
Before it ends later this month, viewers will see couples including Mark Radcliffe and Edith Bowman and AJ and Curtis Pritchard hit the streets.
In January 2020, BBC Two commissioned STV Studios to produce the tenth and eleventh series as part of a bumper order, including four sister series Antiques Road Trip.
Pete and Sam’s Celebrity Antiques Road Trip episode airs on BBC Two and iPlayer at 8pm on Friday 3 December.
