Ant and Dec apologize TWICE for swearing on Saturday Night Takeaway

ANT and Dec have twice apologized for the swear words on tonight’s episode of Saturday Night Takeaway.

The presenter couple returned to screens tonight with another jam-packed edition of the family show – and things soon got frantic.

Viewers saw a guest on the series get emotional when she was surprised that her daughter from Canada was visiting during The Masked Singer segment when she showed up on stage.

The woman exclaimed, “Oh my God!” when she saw her daughter perform on stage.

Dec said: “You haven’t seen her in two years but she flew 5,000 miles to get here from Canada. It’s your daughter, Holly!’

The priceless moment was captured on camera with fans watching from home and in the audience as well.

However, during the unexpected moment, the woman accidentally cursed after being taken by surprise.

Ant and Dec were quick to apologize to viewers, telling them, “We want to apologize for any bad language that might have been said at the time, she was a bit shocked.”

Over on Twitter, people were reacting to the moment.

One person wrote: “No point in apologizing for swear words, we were all freaking out anyway.”

Another wrote: “Would love to know what she said! Much more excited than the rest.”

While a third replied: “Apparently it was ‘s***’ when she was called on stage.”

Meanwhile, others were emotionally left behind upon seeing the reunion – which also saw other family members of the woman unmask themselves on stage.
