An AMC theater worker was shot dead outside the theater in Fort Worth, Texas, as police officers hunted a suspect who is still at large

A cinema employee was shot dead outside an AMC on Monday night, police said.

The male victim was talking to a group of other men outside the theater when shots were fired.

The victim was shot in the torso before the suspect removed some items from his body and left the scene.

The victim’s injury was serious but not life-threatening, and a MedStar spokesman said he was taken to a hospital Fort Worth Star Telegram.

According to police, the suspect was taken to a nearby hospital.

The perpetrators then took objects from the man and left the crime scene.
