Alec Baldwin was spotted packing his SUV ready for a long trip later the police issued a search warrant for his phone.
The actor, 63, is currently participating in a police investigation following the incident shot and killed Halyna Hutchins on the set of the westerns film Rust, which Baldwin is starring in and is a producer on.
Baldwin accidentally shot and killed cameraman Hutchins in October of this year while he was wielding a prop gun that contained a live spin.
He said that he didn’t feel ‘guilty’ about the incident – which also injured director Joel Souza – as he didn’t believe he was responsible.
However, he insisted that he would fully comply with the police investigation.
The investigation has now resulted in his iPhone being searched by the police, as it is believed there may be evidence on the device related to the case.
Baldwin is draining and spending time with his family following the horrific incident, and on Friday was spotted packing up to get into his car for a long trip.
The 30th Rock star was seen using a stroller to help carry boxes and bags full of his and his family’s things; Baldwin has six young children with his wife, Hilaria Baldwin.

Baldwin was discovered earlier Friday while out for coffee in New York City, a day after a search warrant for his phone was issued.
Wearing only a black T-shirt and trousers despite the December cold, Baldwin clutched papers in his hand after going out for coffee from Think Coffee on Bowery Street in Manhattan.
The father-of-seven glanced at the photographers as he crossed the street but understandably had other things on his mind.
Baldwin is said to have been devastated by the tragedy on set, recently collapsed in tears in an interview with George Stephanopoulos on ABC.
He said Hutchins ‘was loved by everyone who worked with her, loved by everyone she worked with and admired.
“Even now, I still find it hard to believe it, it just doesn’t seem real to me.”
The actor said he didn’t pull the trigger and was just holding the gun as it went off, killing the mother of a child, and said ‘someone is responsible’ but it wasn’t him.
Court documents released on Thursday show a warrant to search Baldwin’s phone ‘for any evidence related to the investigation into Halyna Hutchins’ death.
‘Affiant believes there may be evidence on the phone, due to individuals using mobile phones during and/or after committing the crime(s).’
