After the judgment of Roe v. Wade, the Liberals slam the late Justice Ruth Baden Ginsburg

Some liberals blame the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg after the court ruled the landmark Roe v. Wade, which on Friday protected a woman’s right to an abortion nationwide.

Ginsburg notoriously chose not to retire during the Obama administration when she could have been replaced by a liberal judiciary, only to die in September 2020 during the Trump administration at the age of 87.

She was replaced by Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who was one of three conservative justices appointed by former President Donald Trump – all three were among the six justices who voted to overturn the half-century-old decision.

If she had retired and been replaced by a liberal judiciary, the decision to overthrow Roe would probably still have been a 5-4 vote.

Although Ginsburg was a staunch supporter of women’s constitutional right to abortion, she was critical of how Roe v. Wade established this right.

Outraged, many liberals took to social media to point the finger at them for Friday’s decision.

“RBG was a hero for many reasons. But the terrifying irony is that her decision to stay at the party too long helped destroy one of the things she cares about most.” Hollywood Reporter columnist Scott Feinberg tweeted. “Unfortunately, this will be a big part of her legacy.

Podcast host Katie Harper wrote sarcastically She was “so glad that RBG continued to plank instead of retiring from the Supreme Court,” with a photo of the senior justice doing a plank at a gym.

“Thank you today especially to RBG for making this possible,” tweeted freelance journalist Eoin Higginswho also thanked former President Obama “for having no pause in nominating Garland or whoever to succeed Scalia, your inaction and failed presidency helped make this moment a reality.”

Others were more critical of late justice.

“Reminder: Ruth Bader Ginsberg chose to die in her seat under Trump rather than pave the way for a worthy replacement under Obama. The road to hell is paved with white feminism.” wrote Khadijah A. Robinson.

“Ruth Bader Ginsberg slowly roasts in hell”, wrote the medical doctor and writer Gabrielle Perry.

Some conservatives thanked Ginsberg for refusing to retire.

“This day was brought to you by Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s narcissistic refusal to withdraw.” tweeted conservative political commentator Matt Walsh. “Thanks, RBG!”

“We should build a statue for the pro-life movement of Harry Reid and RBG holding hands.” wrote News Busters editor Curtis Houck.
