ADELE Roberts says she is facing a “probably slow death” after catching Covid while battling bowel cancer.
The Radio One DJ, 42, said her symptoms made her feel like she was “smoking diesel”.
She also had trouble breathing, lost her sense of smell, and had a sore throat.
So sad for Adele, she’s poor on the birthday of her dear partner, Kate.
To pay tribute to her other half, Adele shared photos of herself with birthday cakes and candles.
She wrote: “Today is my favorite day. It’s the day my love was born
Happy birthday @kateholderness. And happy anniversaries! 18 years together 😍😭🥳🏳️🌈. “
Thank you for staying with me longer than legally necessary. I love you with all my heart… I love you so much I will catch COVID for you. What I have. I can’t believe you’re the one who got me my little Troy horse. . “
The sick Adele then tells Kate she’ll have to take care of her on her birthday – by cooking her dinner.
She continued: “I think this means now you have to make me my favorite tea. Turkish drums, waffles and beans, please. Come to Morrisons love! 🛒Haha.
The couple were forced to have a Valentine’s Day social distancing after the arrival of Covid.
Adele revealed, “We started the day doing her and her lateral flow tests and we would spend the night watching ‘Invented Anna’ in different rooms. Haha.
“Best Valentines Days 🎉🍾🎊🥳 Thank you Corona V for making tonight possible.”
