‘A Miracle’: No one is seriously injured when a fire truck drives halfway down I-40

DICKSON, Tenn. (WKRN) — Authorities in Dickson County are calling it a “miracle” — a fire engine was hit by a semi-trailer truck, and thankfully no one was seriously injured.
It happened Wednesday morning on Interstate-40 near exit 172.
Dickson County EMA’s Toni Stinson was driving the fire engine to an incident when it was hit by a semi-truck and rolled over.
She was able to extricate herself, and no one was reportedly injured after the crash.
Authorities say this is just the latest reminder of why Tennessee’s first responder relocation law is so important.
